Terms & Policy
|
All retail orders must be paid for in advance. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard or similar. Super-X AB reserves the right to refuse business and change terms at our discretion. Dealer orders will be processed after the completion of the dealer application. Orders for approved dealers can be shipped COD or other terms that have been under negotiations.
We reserve the rights to change and adjust prices without any futher notice.
SHIPPING
Shipping will be by Swedish postal service, DFDS Transport, UPS unless customer makes other arrangements. Shipping can be next day, 2nd day and 3rd day at an additional expense to the customer. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All of our goods are carefully packed before shipping. All shipments must be inspected upon receipt. Title of the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier and all CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE should be made with the CARRIER IMMEDIATELY.
WARRANTY
All new merchandise sold by Super-X AB is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase shuch as original invoice must accompany all warranty claims. Any request to return defective merchandise must be made within the terms of our limited warranty. A return authorization number must be issued before merchandise is returned for a warranty claim. Defective merchandise must be sent back to Super-X AB freight prepaid. Upon inspection and determination of a valid warranty claim. Super-X AB will replace the defective merchandise and return it via ground shipment. Nor credit will be issued for labor or other cost incurred beyond the cost of the original product. Warranties will be honored by Super-X AB with the direct purchaser only. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. All warranty related issues require the end pruchaser to deal with the dealership where the product was purchased.
PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Super-X AB does not sell customer information or provide shuch information to other organizations for marketing purpose. We limits the collection and use of customer information to that needed to complete finance, insurance or leasing transactions and other services authorized by you.
We use the information to make credit decisions, extend credit or loans for motor vehicles, parts,accessories and service.
